Once you have purchased your BMW from North Oxford it is just the start of the relationship we want to develop with you. Ensuring your bike gives you many years of pleasure and the high performance you expect from a BMW is the job of our After Sales departments.

We have a fully equipped workshop with 5 factory trained technicians, complimented by a large parts department. BMW UK can deliver parts to us three times a day plus overnight, so in the unlikely event we don't have your part on the shelf you can be confident it will be here very quickly.

We offer the use of a brand new loan bike at just £10 per day, or a collection and delivery service at additional cost. If you would rather wait while your bike is serviced we have 'Zu's Cafe', with comfortable chairs, free newspapers and Wi-Fi, along with a selection of complimentary teas and coffees.
